About
We built this after one deposit argument too many
Inspectaly started with a property manager, an inspector and a shoebox of printed checklists that nobody could find when a claim came in. The fix was not more paperwork. It was one record, captured on site, that both sides sign before anyone drives away.
The app stays deliberately narrow. It does not try to be an accounting system or a CRM. It documents the property, proves the condition, and sends the report — and it is built to do those three things faster than a clipboard and a laptop at the end of the day.
- Plain words over codes. If a rating needs a legend, it slows down the person holding the phone.
- The site is the office. Anything that has to wait until you are back at a desk is a feature we got wrong.
- Your record, your data. Reports export whenever you want them, in a format you can hand to anyone.

Does Inspectaly work without an internet connection?
Yes. Inspectaly is offline-first. Ratings, photos, notes and signatures are written to your device as you work, so basements, crawl spaces, new builds and rural properties are no obstacle. Everything uploads automatically the next time you have a connection.
What kinds of inspections can I use it for?
Move-in and move-out inspections, periodic or quarterly condition reports, pre-purchase walkthroughs, turnover checks and scheduled facilities rounds. You build your own templates, so the checklist matches the way you already work.
What does the inspection report look like?
A branded PDF containing every item, its rating, your notes, the photos you attached, timestamps and any signatures collected on site. You can send it by email from the app or download it to share yourself.
Can my whole team use one account?
Yes. Invite inspectors, assign jobs to them, and see everything they capture in one place. Paid plans are billed per inspector, so you only pay for the people actually running inspections.
Who owns the inspection data?
You do. You keep all rights in the inspections, photographs, notes and reports you create. We hold only the limited licence needed to host and deliver them, as set out in our Terms & Conditions, and you can export your reports at any time.

Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and internal access is limited to staff who need it. Offline copies held on your device are protected by your device passcode. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
